Zakryaa Njoya Kpoumie was my first contact in the real estate world in Dubai. Only one word to describe him "FABULOUS". As a newcomer to Dubai, having someone like Zak to pick me up and take me to apartments to view in the short amount of time I had to move in was very accomodating. Zakryaa showed me my new apartment and understood my needs and wants and also the budget I had in mind. To meet my budget he negotiated with the Landlord and got me the apartment I wanted. He was very punctual and professional in all our meetings and provided receipts of any money exchanged. In addition to this, I had a slight problem in my apartment in the first week and he went that extra mile to ensure it got resolved by the relevant parties. Since I have arrived I have passed Zakryaa's details to many people because he simply is an amazing real estate agent. He definitely should be heading his own agency as I truly believe his customer service and relationship building skills will carry on making him an excellent asset to not only Fam Properties but to any real estate agency out there.
