I worked with Svetlana to find deals that suited my investment strategies in Dubai. Basically, I am a foreign investor and was hoping to learn as much as I could to understand real estate investment opportunities in Dubai. Svetlana educated me about some of the newer developments in and around the new Airport and Creek Harbor. She was very patient and understood exactly what I was looking for and presented me with a few good opportunities. She was genuine, investor driven and easy to work with. Unfortunately, I didn't proceed with buying anything at the moment. I preferred to wait and watch as the developments take shape.
