As I was abroad in Malta, I was browsing through bayut and property finders with a very specific apartment to buy in mind. Somehow one of Olga Subernetcaia’s properties caught my eyes but was not available to move in or was tenanted. When most agents in Dubai would try to sell you whatever similar goods they have in their portfolio, Olga asked me to give her the specific list of requirements i had. She came back to me 4 days later with my dream home One week later I flew back in, we visited. As I am writing, I am waiting for the movers who are delivering my belongings today.
