Just finalized the purchase of our first home via Imtiaz Ahmed from FAM properties. Imtiaz cam across as a very reliable broker sharing a balanced view. We had several questions on the area and the building and he answered then well. He understood our requirements and kept sharing many relevant opportunities. He has been very responsive throughout the whole process and always quick in responding and helping out in any queries. On the day of registration he and his team was very flexible and trying to simplify where possible, taking care of the smaller pieces himself and guiding us to where we were absolutely needed to be present.
